Terms of Service服务条款

These terms are an agreement between you and Shanghai Yujianglai Kesu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Chinese legal name: 上海于将来可塑信息科技有限公司), the operator of the Ambodi ring, the Ambodi app, and ambodi.ai (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

What Ambodi is — and is not

Ambodi is a wellness product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Insights and suggestions in the Service are for general wellness purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions, and never disregard professional advice because of something in the Service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 14 years old (or the higher minimum age in your region). You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no reverse engineering except where the law permits it, no interfering with the Service or other users, no using the Service to break the law, and no reselling access without our written agreement.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple and can be cancelled in your App Store settings; Apple's refund policies apply to those purchases.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. How we collect and protect it is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You grant us the limited license needed to process your data in order to provide the Service to you.

Our content

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), belongs to Shanghai Yujianglai Kesu Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it as intended.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to make the Service accurate and reliable, but sensor-based insights are estimates and the Service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambodi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
