Ambodi exists because health data is deeply personal. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you keep. It applies to the Ambodi ring, the Ambodi app, and ambodi.ai.
The Ambodi service is operated by Shanghai Yujianglai Kesu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Chinese legal name: 上海于将来可塑信息科技有限公司), registered at Room 306, 3/F, Building 2, No. 2570 Xietu Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai, China.
What we collect
- Account information — your name or nickname, email address, and sign-in credentials.
- Sensor data from the ring — signals such as heart rate, heart rate variability, movement, and skin temperature trends, used to produce your sleep, activity, and metabolic-response insights.
- Information you choose to add — for example meals, notes, or health context you enter in the app.
- Apple Health data — only the categories you explicitly authorize, and only to provide app features.
- Device and usage information — app version, device model, crash logs, and basic diagnostics that keep the service working.
How we use it
- To provide the service: turn your signals into insights, timely suggestions, and verification of what worked for you.
- To build and maintain your personal model, which serves only you.
- To keep the service safe, debug problems, and improve reliability.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never use your health data for advertising or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- Data obtained through Apple HealthKit is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never shared with third parties for their own purposes, in accordance with Apple's guidelines.
Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside Ambodi is restricted to what is strictly needed to operate the service, and is logged.
Sharing
We share data only: (a) with service providers who process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations; (b) when you explicitly choose to share something — for example with a coach, clinician, or family member; or (c) when required by law. In every case, sharing is limited to what is necessary.
Your rights
- Access & export — download a copy of your data at any time.
- Correction — fix information that is inaccurate.
- Deletion — delete your account and associated data from within the app or by contacting us; we honor deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Withdrawal — revoke permissions (such as Apple Health access or notifications) at any time in system settings.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active so your personal model can keep learning. If you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data, except for records we must keep by law.
Children
Ambodi is not directed to children under 14 (or the higher minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the latest version.

我们收集什么
- 账号信息——你的姓名或昵称、电子邮箱与登录凭证。
- 戒指的传感器数据——心率、心率变异性（HRV）、运动与皮肤温度趋势等信号，用于生成你的睡眠、活动与代谢响应洞察。
- 你主动添加的信息——例如你在应用中记录的餐食、备注或健康背景。
- Apple 健康数据——仅限你明确授权的类别，且仅用于提供应用功能。
- 设备与使用信息——应用版本、设备型号、崩溃日志等维持服务运转所需的基础诊断信息。
我们如何使用
- 提供服务：把你的信号转化为洞察、适时的建议，以及「是否有效」的验证。
- 建立并维护只服务于你本人的个人模型。
- 保障服务安全、排查问题、提升稳定性。
- 就你的账号与服务本身与你沟通。
我们绝不做的事
- 我们绝不出售你的个人数据。
- 我们绝不将你的健康数据用于广告，也不与广告商或数据经纪商共享。
- 通过 Apple HealthKit 获得的数据，绝不用于广告或营销、绝不出售、绝不为第三方自身目的而共享——严格遵循 Apple 的相关准则。
安全
你的数据在传输与存储中始终加密。Ambodi 内部的数据访问被严格限制在运营服务所必需的最小范围，并留有日志。
共享
我们仅在以下情形共享数据：（a）由代表我们处理数据的服务商处理，且受合同保密与安全义务约束；（b）你明确选择分享——例如分享给教练、医生或家人；（c）法律要求。任何情形下，共享都以必要为限。
你的权利
- 访问与导出——随时下载你的数据副本。
- 更正——修正不准确的信息。
- 删除——在应用内或联系我们删除账号及关联数据；除法律要求保留的部分外，我们将在 30 天内完成删除。
- 撤回授权——随时在系统设置中撤回权限（如 Apple 健康访问、通知）。
保存期限
在你的账号有效期间，我们保存你的数据，以便个人模型持续学习。你删除账号后，除法律要求保留的记录外，我们将删除或不可逆地匿名化你的个人数据。
未成年人
Ambodi 不面向 14 周岁以下（或你所在地区更高法定年龄以下）的儿童，我们不会有意收集其数据。
政策变更
如本政策发生重要变更，我们会在生效前于应用内告知你。页首日期始终标示最新版本。
